  • 4 packs Ramen noodles
  • 1 tbsp Sesame oil
  • 1 cup Cilantro
  • 1/2 cup Sesame seeds
  • 2 tbsp Fresh ginger
  • 1 tbsp Dark soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp Mirin paste
  • 1/2 tsp Dried shisho leaves
  • 2 tbsp Chili garlic sauce
  • 1 tbsp Thyme
  • 1 tsp Lemon zest
  • 1/2 cup Lemon juice
  • 1 pound Beef pieces
  • 1/4 cup Fresh basil leaves
  • 1 cup Vegetable broth

Instructions
 

  • Boil the ramen noodles.
  • Add all the ingredients of the sauce into a wok.
  • Cook the ingredients.
  • Add the beef pieces, chopped ginger, lemon juice, thyme, lemon zest and rest of the ingredients into the mixture.
  • Add the ramen noodles into the mixture once the mix
  • Mix the ramen noodles well and cook it for five minutes.
  • Add the cilantro into the dish.
  • Your dish is ready to be served.
