- 1 tbsp Sesame oil
- 1 cup Cilantro
- 1/2 cup Sesame seeds
- 2 tbsp Fresh ginger
- 1 tbsp Dark soy sauce
- 1 tbsp Mirin paste
- 1/2 tsp Dried shisho leaves
- 2 tbsp Chili garlic sauce
- 1 tbsp Thyme
- 1 tsp Lemon zest
- 1/2 cup Lemon juice
- 1 pound Beef pieces
- 1/4 cup Fresh basil leaves
- 1 cup Vegetable broth
