Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups Beef stock,
  • 2 Crushed garlic
  • 1 pound Frozen bacon and beef meatballs
  • Salt, to taste
  • Black pepper, to taste
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 cup Dried white wine
  • 1 cup Onion
  • 3 tbsp All-purpose flour
  • 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 3 tbsp Softened butter
  • 1 Bay leaf
  • 1 tbsp Fresh thyme
  • 1 cup Grated or sliced cheese
  • 1 cup Chopped cilantro
  • 4 packs Ramen noodles,

Instructions
 

  • Take a large skillet.
  • Add the oil and onions into the skillet.
  • Cook the onions until they turn golden brown.
  • Add the crushed garlic into the skillet.
  • Add the spices into the mixture.
  • Add the all-purpose flour, Worcestershire sauce and dried white wine.
  • Add the butter and then add the beef stock and ramen noodles.
  • Fry the frozen meatballs in a pan full of cooking oil.
  • Dish out the meatballs when they turn golden brown on all sides.
  • Add the fried meatballs into the ramen mixture.
  • The dish is ready to be served.
