  • 2 cups Beef stock,
  • 2 Crushed garlic
  • 1 pound Frozen bacon and beef meatballs
  • Salt, to taste
  • Black pepper, to taste
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 cup Dried white wine
  • 1 cup Onion
  • 3 tbsp All-purpose flour
  • 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 3 tbsp Softened butter
  • 1 Bay leaf
  • 1 tbsp Fresh thyme
  • 1 cup Grated or sliced cheese
  • 1 cup Chopped cilantro
  • 4 packs Ramen noodles,

Method
 

  1. Take a large skillet.
  2. Add the oil and onions into the skillet.
  3. Cook the onions until they turn golden brown.
  4. Add the crushed garlic into the skillet.
  5. Add the spices into the mixture.
  6. Add the all-purpose flour, Worcestershire sauce and dried white wine.
  7. Add the butter and then add the beef stock and ramen noodles.
  8. Fry the frozen meatballs in a pan full of cooking oil.
  9. Dish out the meatballs when they turn golden brown on all sides.
  10. Add the fried meatballs into the ramen mixture.
  11. The dish is ready to be served.
