    Butter

  • Salt, to taste
  • Black pepper, to taste
  • 2 tsp Miso paste
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 tbsp Mirin paste
  • 1 tsp Chopped garlic
  • 4 packs Ramen noodles

Instructions
 

  • Boil the eggs.
  • Make sure to boil the eggs for ten minutes only.
  • Take a large pan.
  • Add the butter and let it meltdown.
  • Add in the miso paste.
  • Mix all the ingredients well.
  • Add the chopped garlic.
  • Add in the rest of the ingredients in the end.
  • Scramble the mixture.
  • Add in the salt and pepper.
  • Boil the ramen noodles according to the instructions on the pack.
  • Drain the noodles and add them into the pan.
  • Mix all the ingredients well and then dish them out.
  • Peel the eggs and place them on the ramen.
  • Garnish the fresh chopped chives on top.
  • Your dish is ready to be served.
