Ingredients
  

  • Ramen buns, as required
  • 1 cup Minced beef meat
  • 1 cup Bread crumbs
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup Chopped parsley
  • 1/2 cup Fresh chopped cilantro
  • Salt, to taste
  • Black pepper, to taste
  • Olive oil, for frying
  • 1/2 cup Yoghurt
  • 1/4 cup Lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp Fresh chopped cilantro
  • 1 tbsp Butter

Instructions
 

  • Take a large bowl.
  • Add the beef meat, salt, pepper, bread crumbs and egg into it.
  • Mix all the ingredients well.
  • Add the chopped cilantro and parsley into the mixture.
  • Mix the ingredients until they become smooth.
  • Shape the mixture into patties.
  • Add the olive oil in a large pan and cook the patties.
  • Cook the patties until they turn golden brown from both sides.
  • In the meanwhile, in a small bowl, add the yoghurt, lemon juice and fresh cilantro.
  • Mix it to form a paste.
  • Add butter on the ramen and heat them.
  • Add the beef patty on the ramen.
  • Add the paste on top of the patty and cover it with the ramen bun.
  • The ramen burger is ready to be served.
