Ingredients
  

  • 1 tsp Chopped chives
  • 2 tbsp Butter
  • 1/2 cup Cooked chickpeas
  • 1/2 pound Tofu cubes
  • salt to taste
  • Black pepper, to taste
  • 2 tsp Tamari paste
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 tbsp Mirin paste
  • 1 tsp Chopped garlic
  • 4 packs Ramen noodles

Method
 

  1. Take a large pan.
  2. Add the butter and let it meltdown.
  3. Add in the eggs.
  4. Add in the tamari paste.
  5. Mix the tamari paste and eggs.
  6. Add the chopped garlic.
  7. Scramble the mixture.
  8. Add in the salt and pepper.
  9. Add in the chickpeas and rest of the ingredients in the end.
  10. Boil the ramen noodles according to the instructions on
    the pack.
  11. Drain the noodles and add them into the pan.
  12. Mix all the ingredients well and then dish them out.
  13. Garnish the fresh chopped chives on top.
  14. Your dish is ready to be served.
