  • 1 tsp Mirin paste
  • 1 cup Cilantro
  • 1 tsp Bamboo shoots
  • 1 tbsp Miso paste
  • 1 cup Shiitake mushrooms
  • 1 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp Cooking oil
  • 1 tsp Chopped garlic
  • 1/2 tsp Japanese fresh herbs
  • 2 tbsp Fresh shiso leaves
  • 1/2 cup Fresh cilantro leaves
  • 2 tsp Dried chili flakes
  • 4 Soft boiled eggs
  • Ramen, as required

Method
 

  1. Take a large pan.
  2. Add the cooking oil and chopped garlic into the pan.
  3. Add the shiitake mushrooms into the pan.
  4. Add all the spices into the mixture.
  5. Cook the ingredients for five minutes.
  6. Add the bean sprouts and ramen into the mixture.
  7. Cook all the ingredients well.
  8. Peel the soft boiled eggs and add them into the mixture.
  9. Cook for five minutes.
  10. Garnish the dish with cilantro and green onions.
  11. Your dish is ready to be served.
