Japanese Shio and Pork Ramen

Experience the delicate flavors of Japanese Shio and Pork Ramen with this authentic recipe. The simplicity of this dish allows the quality of the ingredients to shine through. Shio, meaning "salt" in Japanese, refers to the delicate salt-based broth that forms the foundation of the ramen. The broth is carefully crafted with a balance of flavors, combining chicken or pork broth with just the right amount of salt for a subtle and satisfying taste. Tender pork slices are added to the ramen, providing a savory and meaty element that complements the lightness of the broth. Top it off with fresh ramen noodles, crisp vegetables, and garnishes of your choice.
