  • 4 packs Ramen noodles
  • 1 tbsp Sesame oil
  • 1 cup Cilantro
  • 1/2 cup Sesame seeds
  • 1 tsp Fresh ginger
  • 1 tsp Dark soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp Mirin paste
  • 1/2 tbsp Dried shisho leaves
  • 2 tbsp Chili garlic sauce
  • 1 tbsp Thyme
  • 1 tsp Lemon zest
  • 1/2 cup Lemon juice
  • 1 pound Beef pieces
  • 1/2 cup Fresh chopped garlic
  • 1/4 cup Fresh basil leaves
  • 1 cup Vegetable broth

Method
 

  1. Boil the ramen noodles.
  2. Add all the ingredients of the sauce into a wok.
  3. Cook the ingredients.
  4. Add the beef pieces, lemon juice, thyme, lemon zest and rest of the ingredients into the mixture.
  5. Add the ramen noodles into the mixture once the mixture is ready.
  6. Mix the ramen noodles well and cook it for five minutes.
  7. Add the cilantro into the dish.
  8. Your dish is ready to be served.
