  • 1 tsp Chopped chives
  • 2 tbsp Butter
  • 1 cup Tonkotsu broth
  • Salt, to taste
  • Black pepper, to taste
  • 2 tbsp Tamari paste
  • 2 cups Mix vegetables
  • 1 tbsp Mirin paste
  • 1 tsp Chopped garlic
  • 4 packs Ramen noodles

Method
 

  1. Take a large pan.
  2. Add the butter and let it meltdown.
  3. Add in the tamari paste.
  4. Mix the tamari paste for two minutes.
  5. Add the chopped garlic and mixed vegetables.
  6. Add in the salt and pepper.
  7. Add in the tonkotsu broth and rest of the ingredients in the end.
  8. Mix all the ingredients well and then dish them out.
  9. Garnish the fresh chopped chives on top.
  10. Your dish is ready to be served.
