Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Diced cabbage
  • 2 tbsp Brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup Sliced green onions
  • 1 tsp Mirin paste
  • 1 tsp Fresh ginger
  • 1 tbsp Miso paste
  • 1 cup Cooked and shredded chicken meat
  • 1 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 1 cup Shiitake mushrooms
  • 1/2 tbsp Japanese fresh herbs
  • 1/2 cup Fresh cilantro leaves
  • 1/2 cup Chopped tomatoes
  • Ramen, as required

Method
 

  1. 1. Add all the ingredients of the sauce i.e. miso paste, soy sauce, mirin paste and Japanese fresh herbs into a large pan.
  2. Add the shredded chicken, diced cabbage, brown sugar, shitake mushrooms and the rest of the ingredients into the mixture.
  3. Cook the dish for ten minutes.
  4. Add the ramen into the mixture once the sauce is ready.
  5. Mix the ramen well.
  6. Cook the dish for five minutes.
  7. Add the green onions into the dish.
  8. Your dish is ready to be served.
