Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup Sliced green onions
  • 1 tsp Mirin paste
  • 1 cup Cilantro
  • 1 tsp Fresh ginger
  • 1 tbsp Miso paste
  • 1 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 1/2 tbsp Japanese fresh herbs
  • 2 tbsp Chopped leeks
  • 1 cup Chicken meat
  • 1 cup Tonkatsu broth
  • 1/2 cup Fresh cilantro leaves
  • 1 tsp Minced lemon grass

Instructions
 

  • Add all the ingredients of the sauce i.e. miso paste, soy sauce, mirin paste and Japanese fresh herbs into a large pan.
  • Add the heavy cream and the rest of the ingredients into the mixture.
  • Cook the dish for ten minutes.
  • Add the ramen into the mixture once the sauce is ready.
  • Mix the ramen well.
  • Close the lid of the instant pot.
  • Cook the dish for five more minutes.
  • Add the cilantro into the dish.
  • Your dish is ready to be served.
