  • 1/2 cup Miso paste
  • 1/2 cup Sliced green onions
  • 1 tsp Mirin paste
  • 1 cup Cilantro
  • 1 tsp Fresh ginger
  • 1 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 1/2 tbsp Japanese fresh herbs
  • 2 tbsp Fresh shiso leaves
  • 1/2 cup Fresh cilantro leaves
  • 1 tsp Minced lemon grass
  • Ramen, as required
  • Cooking oil, as required
  • 1 cup Pork strips
  • 2 tsp Corn starch

Instructions
 

  • Heat a large pan.
  • Add the cooking oil and let it heat.
  • Mix the pork and cornstarch and add it into the heated oil.
  • Cook the pork well for about five minutes.
  • Dish out the pork strips and set aside when done.
  • Add the miso paste and the rest of the ingredients into the mixture.
  • Cook the ingredients for ten minutes.
  • Add the ramen into the mixture once the sauce is ready.
  • Mix the ramen well.
  • Cook the dish for five minutes.
  • Add the crispy pork on top.
  • Add the cilantro into the dish.
  • Your dish is ready to be served.
