Ingredients
  

  • 1 tbsp Ginger powder
  • 2 cups Chicken shredded
  • 2 tsp Garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp Maple syrup
  • 1 tsp Sesame oil
  • 1 tsp Soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp Sriracha
  • 1 tbsp Lime juice
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste
  • 4 packs Ramen noodles

Method
 

  1. Boil the ramen noodles in a large pot full of water.
  2. Drain the noodles when they are cooked.
  3. Take a large bowl and add boiled noodles into it.
  4. Add the ginger and garlic powder.
  5. Mix well so that everything mixes well.
  6. Add lime juice, maple syrup, cooked shredded chicken, Japanese red chili and soy sauce.
  7. Add the salt and pepper as you like.
  8. Add the sesame oil and mix well so that a homogeneous mixture is obtained.
  9. Add the sriracha into the mixture.
  10. Mix everything well.
  11. The salad is ready to be served.
