  • 1 cup Bean sprouts

  • 1 tsp Mirin paste
  • 1 cup Cilantro
  • 1 tsp Bamboo shoots
  • 1 tbsp Miso paste
  • 1 cup Chashu pork meat
  • 1 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp Cooking oil
  • 1 tsp Chopped garlic
  • 1/2 cup Japanese fresh herbs
  • 1/2 cup Fresh shiso leaves
  • 2 tsp Dried chili flakes
  • 4 Soft boiled eggs
  • Ramen, as required

Instructions
 

  • Take a large pan.
  • Add the cooking oil and chopped garlic into the pan.
  • Add Chashu pork meat into the pan.
  • Add all the spices into the mixture.
  • Cook the ingredients for five minutes.
  • Add the bean sprouts and ramen into the mixture.
  • Cook all the ingredients well.
  • Peel the soft boiled eggs and add them into the mixture.
  • Cook for five minutes.
  • Garnish the dish with cilantro and green onions.
  • Your dish is ready to be served.
